This goes into effect on Monday, April 19th. All waivers must be signed electronically, or hard copy, and given (or emailed) to the nurse (a.dayamba@iso.bf).
However, if you are vaccinated, the waiver is not needed; please provide the nurse with the vaccination paperwork instead.
